The design has been finalized and permits obtained. Excavation begins and can take 1 to 2 days.
The underground utilities are trenched and installed. An inspection is called.
Custom pool is ready for steel according to engineering plans. Pool and spa plumbing is installed and plumbing is pressurized. Inspection is called. Shotcrete is pneumatically applied and watered 4 times a day by homeowner.
Fiberglass pool arrives and is set. The backfill/leveling process begins.
Coping is installed.
If custom stone masonry is called for it begins and will add 2-3 weeks to total project. Electrical branch circuits can be finished as well as setting the equipment.
Shotcrete custom pool tile is applied. Backyard gates and fences are prepared for inspection and door alarms are installed by homeowner. Preplaster inspection is called. Interior finish of choice is applied and finished. If professional start up of the new plaster is required, it begins, either through us or an outside service.
Fiberglass pool bond beam and deck are installed. Final inspection is called.
Now we begin a service that is unique to the industry. "Southland's superior final touch service."
All pool and pool related components are started, tested, programmed and monitored.
A detailed orientation is scheduled, which will cover all the equipment and operation associated with your beautiful new "hand crafted" pool, in approximately 10 to 14 days.
